APPLICATION TIPS
- APPLY TO CLEAN, DRY HAIR
- APPLY BLEACH MIXTURE ONTO HAIR IMMEDIATELY AFTER MIXING
- KEEP THE BLEACH ¼ INCH OFF THE SCALP
- MAKE SURE HAIR STRANDS ARE EVENLY COATED WITH BLEACH MIXTURE
- AVOID OVER-PROCESSING. DO NOT LEAVE BLEACHING MIXTURE ON HAIR FOR MORE THAN 30 MINUTES
TINT BOWL & TINT BRUSH MIXING
- WEAR GLOVES WHEN MIXING AND APPLYING BLEACH TO PROTECT SKIN.
- CAREFULLY POUR SPLAT BRILLIANT BLEACH PACKAGE INTO TINT BOWL.
- REMOVE FROM SPLAT OXIDE BOTTLE WHILE POINTING BOTTLE AWAY FROM FACE AND EYES.
- CAREFULLY POUR ENTIRE CONTENTS OF SPLAT OXIDE BOTTLE INTO TINT BOWL WITH SPLAT BRILLIANT BLEACH.
- BEGIN TO STIR SLOWLY UNTIL MIXTURE IS SMOOTH.
