We’re committed to getting your product to you swiftly and safely, offering transparent handling practices, and supporting you every step of the way in the rare instance that you need to return or exchange an order. Below, you'll find all the details you need to feel confident when purchasing and, if necessary, returning your items, because your satisfaction is as vibrant as our colors.
SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
- Domestic Shipping Discount: Free domestic shipping is available for orders over $35.
- International Shipping: Yes, international shipping is offered; rates vary depending on the destination.
- All products will be shipped via standard shipping, either USPS Ground Advantage, or other applicable ground method to reduce shipping costs.
- You will receive updated shipping information once your order has moved within the shipping process. This will include a tracking number and any information provided by the shipping carrier.
RETURN POLICY
For Items Purchased Through Splat’s Website:
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the order. You must email CustomerCare@SplatHairColor.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Non-defective items: Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility; original shipping charges are non-refundable. Products must include the RAN.
- Defective or damaged items: Within the same 30-day window, email customer care and retain the original packaging and the damaged product for inspection. Splat will cover return shipping. A refund or replacement will be issued after inspection. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, but replacements ship free.
For Items Purchased Through Retail Partners (e.g., Walmart, Target):

Returns must be handled directly with the retailer, in accordance with their policies. Splat does NOT accept returns of these purchases.
