By clicking and using the YouCam Hair Color Module (“Module”) on the Splat website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of Splat’s Privacy, including the section titled Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, which CONFIRMS that no user photo images or personal identifiable data is processed, collected, transmitted, or stored to Splat or YouCam’s servers.  Splat and YouCam do not capture, collect, process or store any user facial geometry data (as defined as a type of facial biometrics data under the Biometric Information Privacy Act of Illinois).
