 A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE SPONSOR FROM YOU, A CLASS-ACTION WAIVER, AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

1. Eligibility

Open only to individuals who:

  • Are physically attending the LA Pride event in Hollywood, California on June 14, 2026;
  • Are legal residents of the United States or District of Columbia; and
  • Are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Developlus Inc. ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and immediate family members or persons living in the same household as any employee, officer or director of any of the Sweepstakes Entities are not eligible.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Splat LA Pride 2026 E-Bike Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins on June 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM and ends on June 14, 2026 at 8:00 PM PT, during official LA Pride event hours (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries submitted outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

Eligible attendees may enter by visiting the Splat Hair Color booth at LA Pride on June 14, 2026 and scanning the official Sweepstakes QR code displayed and completing the digital sweepstakes entry form (“Entry Form”) during the Sweepstakes Period.  There is no cost to attend LA Pride or visit the Splat Hair Color booth.

Required entry information:

  • First Name
  • Valid Email Address
  • Confirmation that entrant is 18 years of age or older

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address.

Any attempted entries from any person in excess of the limit stated shall be deemed void.  Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or automated entries will be disqualified.  Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses or any other method will void all of that entrant’s entries. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Normal Internet, phone and usage charges imposed by entrant’s online, or phone service may apply and are entrant’s responsibility. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win.

4. Optional Marketing Consent

Entrants may be offered the opportunity to opt in to receive marketing communications from Splat Hair Color.

Marketing opt-in is optional and not required to enter or win.

5. Prize/ARV/Odds:

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) E-Bike
 Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $999.99

Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize is non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.  Allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for shipment of prize after verification. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize. Sponsor is not responsible for prize that is lost, misdirected, or undeliverable due to any error, omission, or inaccuracy in the shipping information provided by the winner.

Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize. For prizes valued at $600 or more, Winner will be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number, and Sponsor will report the prize value to the IRS on Form 1099-MISC. Winner may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 as a condition of prize fulfillment.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry on or 6/22/2026

If winner:

the winner will be disqualified, and the prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor shall have no liability for a potential winner’s failure to receive notices due to lost, late or misdirected mail, or spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information or changed contact information.

7. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entries that violate or attempt to violate these Official Rules or any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) in the event Sponsor is prevented from executing the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, pandemic, public health epidemic or crisis, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, network or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), court order, or federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation (each, a “Force Majeure Event”). Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes or events corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify the winner and award the prize by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation. Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes.

If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to select another winner and hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein.  Sponsor’s clock shall be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes  Entities and any and all Internet server(s) and access provider(s) (collectively, “Releasees”) are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human errors; technical malfunctions; failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions or defects of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including without limitation any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes; inability to access the Entry Form, or any web pages thereof; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any web site (including the Entry Form)  or for any other reason whatsoever; typographical, printing or other errors; or any combination thereof.  All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.  False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible.  By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these Official Rules.

8. Release and Limitations of Liability

By entering, entrants release Sponsor, LA Pride organizers, affiliated agencies, and their representatives from liability arising from participation or prize use.  Entrants agree that the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; or (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.  No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND ENTRANTS AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY.   

Winner is solely responsible for proper use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for damage, injury, mechanical failure, or other loss resulting from installation, modification, misuse, or use of the prize. Prize is awarded “as is” subject only to any written manufacturer warranty that may accompany the product. Sponsor makes no additional warranties in connection with the prize, except where prohibited by law.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING THE PRIZE, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY.  CHECK LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, Winner grants to the Sweepstakes Entities (which grant will be confirmed in writing on request of Sponsor) and those acting pursuant to Sponsor’s authority, the right and permission to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, at any time or times, winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration, compensation, permission or notification.

10. Privacy

Information collected will be used for Sweepstakes administration and, if separately opted into, marketing communications. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to Sponsor’s use of your personal information, as described in the Sponsor’s Online Privacy Policy (Link: https://splathaircolor.com/pages/privacy-policy).  Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

          12. Disputes/Choice of Law

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in Riverside County, California; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation lost profits may be awarded (collectively, "Special Damages"), and (4) entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased This content is governed by the laws of the State of California in the United States of America, without respect to conflict of law doctrines

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LA Pride.
