1. SPONSOR
This giveaway is sponsored by Developlus, Inc., 1061 N. Magnolia Ave., Corona, CA 92879 (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
3. GIVEAWAY ENTRY PERIOD
The giveaway begins on August 15, 2025 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on August 25, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, during the Entry Period:

◘ Like and save the official giveaway post
◘ Tag two (2) firends in the comments of the giveaway post.
Bonus Entry
Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @splathairdye (your Instagram account must be set to public to validate the bonus entry).
Limit one (1) main entry and one (1) bonus entry per person. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or generated by script, macro, or other automated means will be void.
Note: The official giveaway instructions will also be posted in the Instagram caption for ease of access. In the event of any conflict between the Instagram post and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall govern.
5. PRIZE DETAILS
Two (2) winners will be selected to each receive a prize bundle with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $520.00, consisting of:

Total prize ARV for all winners: $1,040.00
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The random drawing will be conducted within 7 days following the close of the Entry Period. Winners will be notified via direct message from the official @splathairdye Instagram account only. If a potential winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, another winner may be selected.
7. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. TAXES
All federal, state, and local taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these rules.
10. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, receipt, or use/misuse of the prize.
